Principal Activities performed by the incubent.

**Perform system administration, install patches, and conduct performance tuning.
**Document system configuration and changes.
**Install all required software to support business applications, and perform upgrades.
**Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) applicable to assigned systems.
**Collaborate with Business Administrator to document requirements, traceability, and testing.
**Troubleshoot system and client connectivity problems.

REQUIREMENTS

**Bachelor**s degree required. Master**s degree preferred.
**Minimum 5 years of regulated industry systems administration experience.
**Demonstrated experience supporting clinical and/or regulatory systems, specifically Clinical Data Management Systems, Clinical Trial Management Systems, Documentum, and regulatory publishing and submission systems.
**Microsoft SQL Server experience beneficial.
**Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
**Highly organized self-starter with an eye for detail who can maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneously.
**Entrepreneurial, flexible attitude with ability to work well in ambiguous, changing situations and reprioritize work accordingly
