--This position is responsible for designing, producing and testing banner ads, portions of email campaigns, web product images, in-site campaigns, and web pages that clearly convey promotional messages, satisfy branding requirements and motivate customers to purchase merchandise online.
--Also, this role is responsible for campaign tracking set up and the sharing of information across internal and external teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong graphic and web design capabilities, grasp of design principals.
--Must be able to work with multiple projects and be able to perform within tight deadlines, have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to a changing environment and acquire new skills.

responsible for visual aesthetics including prototypes, webpages, presentations, and icons of a large scale consumer facing web application(s).
- Ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical; recommend improvements if necessary.
- Collaborates with other members of the online team to define requirements, overall strategy, and specific creative executions..
- Support and maintenance of in market creatives.
- Assists with the formulation of the enterprise technology strategy and architecture through alignment with the Corporate Web strategy.
Assists with development of web strategy and ensures compliance with ETG Architecture.
Serves as member of project teams when required to represent web presence.
Development of interactive content and animation with Adobe Flash
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Expertise with Adobe Flash development
Expertise with Actionscript programming
Experience in developing websites and related internet technologies
ASP and/or ASP .Net 2.0 experience
Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS and optimal coding practices
JavaScript and other scripting languages such as VBScript or Perl
Post-secondary education + minimum of 3 years related work experience
Organization/Time management
Ability to work both in a team environment
